Called and said I didnt pay off a payday loan, which I did and wanted me to give 745$ or I would be taken to court and prosecuted?

they never leave a message and when I try calling them back it always says "all circuits are busy".

Has phoned my 13yr old daughter over 10 times in the last 2 weeks. She didn't recognise the number so didn't answer it. I have told her just to ignore any call from this number.

I do not know this caller. She spoke a foreign language. I disconnected the call.

I called this organization because they are harassing one of our clients currently in bankruptcy. The man than answered could hardly speak English and refused to provide the company name. While providing client name and case number to this individual, he ended the call. I wonder if this is a cell phone and the calls are not originating from the United States but from another country. Please do not provide any information to anyone calling from this number. This does not appear to be from legitimate collection call.
